Famous for being the headquarters of Walmart, the town of Bentonville, Arkansas was looking for creative ways to appeal to executive talent and their families. We were tasked with coming up with a retail concept that would appeal to this target, attract new brands into the region and collect data to help inform a retail leasing strategy for the town.
We took a historic 2000 square-foot bank building and transformed it into a beautiful flagship-worthy pop-up lifestyle store. Going hyper local was the key. From our interior designer to our millwork to our signage, we sought out local trades, vendors and brands which instantly helped build credibility with a small-town community. Our beautifully curated concept was the perfect setting for more than 85 brands, making this small town a must-visit retail destination in the South and was featured as one of “America’s Best Home Stores” by House Beautiful magazine.
