Paw Patrol, the franchise brand from Spin Master, recognized that they needed to develop an ownable digital destination to engage directly with their global fanbase. They wanted to create a unique e-commerce store for parents and arcade for kids to engage both audiences in a meaningful way. Our job was end-to-end design, development and integration of multiple systems to create a seamless customer experience.
We designed, developed and launched the first-ever direct to consumer store supported by an interactive kid zone. This was built on a strategic technical framework using Next.JS, Big Commerce, a custom OMS and content delivery using Contentful. The platform exceeded expectations driving average session time of over 3 minutes, load time of under 2 seconds and a globally scalable architecture. Most importantly it opened a new revenue stream for the business.
